TI&A is an Italian company which was founded in 1956. Since 2018, it has been part of the Elettronica ASTER group which is based in Barlassina in Italy (on the outskirts of Milan).

Over the years, TI&A has consolidated its market presence by specialising in the study, development, manufacture and certification of materials and systems for thermal and acoustic insulation, with a particular focus on civil and defence aeronautics.

Engineering is a key factor in the development of its processes. The use of software specially developed in-house for acoustic and thermal calculations, and an approach based on 3D software such as CATIA or Inventor, enable the company to develop products to meet the customer’s every need.

Assessment for accreditations and certifications is done internally on their own test benches or in collaboration with certified external laboratories.
